CEO

Aleksandr Iskandaryan

As CEO of our VE firm, I oversee operations and support our team in every way possible. My goal is to lead our company to success and bring it to New York. One of my proudest accomplishments is co-creating the idea and innovation behind TasteTop with two friends, making our business truly unique. I stay involved in every aspect of the firm, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Next week, I will help host a major school fundraiser, further showcasing our team’s dedication and commitment to both our business and community.

Margarita Mnatsakanyan

As CEO of TasteTop, I help lead our student-run firm toward achieving our mission of bringing innovative, customizable beverage solutions to the VE marketplace. My role involves guiding team goals, supporting department leaders, and ensuring our projects stay organized and on track. I work closely with my CEO and the rest of our leadership team to make decisions, maintain communication, and create a positive and productive environment for everyone in the firm.

Throughout the year, I’ve helped shape major parts of our company - from strengthening our brand identity to preparing our business plan, trade show materials, and presentations. My biggest priority is helping our team stay confident, prepared, and united as we take on challenges together.

VE has given me the opportunity to develop real-world skills in leadership, teamwork, and strategic thinking. At TasteTop, I’m proud to help build a company driven by creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Narek Yeghnanyan

I'm Narek and I am the COO of Taste Top, where I keep our team organized and on task. I help manage daily operations and support teammates so we work efficiently. This year, I contributed to our trade show sales, a major achievement for our firm.

Levon Mesropyan

 My name is Levon , and I am the of our Virtual Enterprise firm. In this role, I help make sure our company runs smoothly every day. I work with each department to keep our tasks organized, meet deadlines, and make sure everyone knows what they need to do.
 

As COO, I am expected to communicate clearly, solve problems, and support my team. I help plan our daily operations, manage workflow, and check that our projects stay on track. I also work with our leadership team to make sure we reach our goals.
 

One accomplishment I am proud of is helping make our internal systems more organized so our team can work faster and more efficiently. I like being someone my team can rely on when things get busy.
 

Being in VE has taught me real business skills like leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. It has helped me understand how a company operates and what it takes to manage people and projects. I am proud of the work I do and happy to contribute to the success of our firm.

Administrative Vice President

Romeo Avalon-Smith

I'm Romeo Avalon-Smith, the Administrative VP of the Virtual LLC TasteTop. I work closely alongside other departments, most notably the finance department, supporting individual department operations while working with management to strengthen the company image. I have also contributed heavily to trade show sales by selling to other firms. Being a member of the management department, I attend regular meetings to discuss the company's growth and future, and attend intrastate conferences with other firms.

Administrative Secretary

Arvin Markari

My name is Arvin Markari, and I am the Administrative Secretary at TasteTop, where I support the team while also balancing my responsibilities as a student. One of my biggest accomplishments has been taking clear, organized notes for every meeting and presentation, helping everyone stay on track. I also communicate with all the firms we work with, making sure messages are delivered accurately and professionally.
As a student, this role has helped me build real world skills in communication, time management, and organization. I manage schedules, prepare documents, and assist with keeping the team informed, all while learning how a professional environment operates.
I’m proud of the work I’ve done and the growth I’ve experienced and gained at TasteTop. Being part of TasteTop has taught me how to stay focused, dependable, and confident in my responsibilities. I look forward to continuing to support the team and learning even more as I contribute to the firm’s success. This experience has motivated me to take on more challenges with confidence inside and outside of school.

Marat F. Fatikhov

Hello, my name is Marat Fatikhov, and I am the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)  of TasteTop. As the Chief Marketing Officer of TasteTop, I lead the creative direction of our brand within the VE marketplace, striving to make our company known to the world. My role focuses on developing campaigns that communicate who we are, what we offer, and why our products stand out from the competition. I work closely with every department (primarily Tech & Design) to make sure our messaging stays consistent, visually appealing, and identical to our mission of delivering customizable and easy-to-make beverage solutions. I help shape how customers view, experience, and interact with TasteTop, whether it be through social media marketing or ad campaign development.  Throughout these last couple of months, I’ve played a crucial role in creating our brand identity, creating our product catalog, website, and ad banners, and preparing materials necessary to market our company online and through trade shows. I’ve also helped reach out and highlighted our machine’s convenience and accessibility to future potential customers.  The opportunity from VE to create an actual company has allowed me to strengthen my real-world skills in branding, communication, teamwork, and leadership. As a proud member of the team, I'm happily eager to help create a company that values innovation, technology, and strong connections with our audience.

Andrew Davoodians

My name is Andrew Davoodians, and I serve as the Marketing Manager for our Virtual Enterprise firm, TasteTop. Being part of this class has given me the chance to learn how a real business operates while also building skills that actually matter outside the classroom. In my role, I help create ideas that shape how people see our company, from planning promotions to helping design materials for events and trade shows. Working with my team has been one of the best parts of the experience. We’ve completed every task we were given, supported each other through deadlines, and constantly pushed to make our firm stand out. TasteTop has taught me how important communication, responsibility, and creativity are in a business setting. I’m proud of what our group has accomplished so far, and I’m excited to keep improving and contributing to our company’s success.

Vazgen Movsesyan

Being part of Virtual Enterprise has given me real experience working inside a business. I serve as the for our company, , an innovative drink-tech firm that offers customizable, affordable at-home beverages. In this role, I help lead the sales department, set goals, and work with Marketing, Finance, and Digital Media to create strategies that fit our company vision.

Throughout the year, I helped develop our , prepared our team for the , organized shift schedules, reviewed checklists, and made sure our booth materials and POS system were ready. I also worked on analyzing competitors like Keurig and Cana, reviewing pricing, and helping strengthen our subscription model.

This class has taught me responsibility, teamwork, and leadership. VE has helped me understand how real businesses operate, and I am proud of what I’ve contributed to TasteTop.

Sales Manager

Lana Shahbazyan

My name is Lana Shahbazyan, and I serve as the Sales Manager at TasteTop. In this role, I help drive our company’s revenue by creating sales strategies, strengthening customer engagement, and supporting the overall performance of the sales department. I am also proud to have created our Retail Price Report, which plays a major part in shaping our pricing decisions. As part of the sales team, I’m expected to communicate clearly, stay organized, and lead with initiative. I am currently helping prepare all sales components for the San Diego Trade Show, including event strategies, pricing structures, and customer-facing materials. I also distribute tasks within the sales department to ensure that everyone stays coordinated and productive. Additionally, I developed and delivered our team’s elevator pitch, representing TasteTop in our official recording.  Virtual Enterprise has helped me build real business skills in leadership, communication, and strategic planning. Being part of TasteTop has shown me what it means to build a brand that is innovative, organized, and ready for competition. I look forward to continuing to strengthen our sales direction as we work toward making TasteTop a standout firm in the VE marketplace.

Anthony Manukyan

My name is Anthony M., and I am a member of our Virtual Enterprise firm, TasteTop. I joined VE because I wanted to experience what it’s really like to run a business and work in a professional team environment. Being part of TasteTop has taught me what it takes to stay organized, responsible, and focused under pressure. I’ve learned that every role in a company matters, and even small tasks make a big difference when everyone works together.

Throughout this experience, I’ve developed better communication skills and learned how to work with others toward a shared goal. I’m proud of how much I’ve grown, especially in staying consistent, meeting deadlines, and contributing ideas during discussions. VE has not only shown me how a business operates, but it has also helped me become more confident in my abilities.

Outside of class, I am someone who works toward self-improvement and learning from my mistakes. Being part of TasteTop has helped shape how I see leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. This class has given me a clearer idea of what kind of person I want to become and how I can continue contributing positively in my future career.

Our class business is TasteTop, and I am part of the sales department as the Sales Manager. My teammates are dedicated and hardworking, and together we make a strong team. In my role, I hope to achieve great results, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to increasing our overall sales. I’m excited to help TasteTop grow and succeed.

Nicolas C. De Pietri

Hi, I’m Nicolas, I am the Marketing Manager for our VE firm. I used to work as a Sales Assistant, which gave me a lot of experience in talking to customers and helping the team. Now in marketing, I help create marketing strategies and make Tastetop deals more appealing. I’m proud of myself for always staying on top of my assignments and making sure I get things done on time. Being part of VE has taught me how to work with others, stay organized, and handle real business tasks. I enjoy being part of this team and learning new skills while bringing Tastetop to the top.

Vice President of HR

Isabel Camacho

My name is Isabel Camacho, and I serve as the Vice President of Human Resources for Taste Top. In this role, I oversee the Human Resources Team, assign and support tasks, and help maintain the professional standards that keep our firm running smoothly.

Our team has created key policies, including our attendance and expectations policies, to establish consistency and accountability within the company. We are currently developing Taste Top’s Employee Handbook, which will outline our values, procedures, and workplace expectations.

This year, we plan to compete with both our Employee Handbook and Corporate Social Responsibility project, showcasing the hard work and dedication of our team. My experience in this role has strengthened my leadership and organization skills, and I look forward to contributing further to Taste Top’s success.

HR Maneger

Sophia Terzian

My name is Sophia Terzian, and as the HR Manager in our Virtual Enterprise firm, I play a key role in shaping our company’s culture and supporting our team. My responsibilities include introducing new employees to the business, helping them understand our mission and expectations, and ensuring they feel prepared to succeed. I also write and organize company policies, track employee work and progress, and maintain systems like our attendance log to keep the firm running smoothly. So far, our HR team has successfully completed the attendance log and finalized all policies, creating a clear framework for professional standards and workplace expectations. This role has given me the chance to develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills while making a meaningful impact on our firm’s overall success and growth.

Anais Melikian

My name is Anais Melikian, and I am the HR Specialist at TasteTop. In this role, I help support our team by keeping our employee records organized, assisting with onboarding, and making sure everyone understands their tasks and expectations. Since TasteTop focuses on customizable drinks, it is important that our departments stay coordinated, and HR helps keep everything running smoothly.
As the HR Specialist, I am expected to communicate clearly, stay organized, and help solve any issues that come up within the team. I work with every department, especially sales, marketing, and design, to make sure everyone is on the same page and has what they need. One accomplishment I am proud of is helping create clearer guidelines and check-ins, so our team can stay consistent and prepared for events like the San Diego Trade Show.
VE has taught me real business skills, especially in communication, time management, and professionalism. Being part of TasteTop has shown me how important HR is in building a positive and productive environment. I am proud to support our team and contribute to the success of our firm.

Meri Adamyan

As the Account Manager of our Virtual Enterprise firm, I can learn the inner workings of a real business and be treated like a professional. I help manage finance/accounting tasks and support my team to keep our company running. My role teaches me to stay organized, communicate well, and solve problems creatively. I’ve contributed to department assignments, collaborated with my team, and shared ideas that strengthen our firm. VE has helped me grow as a collaborator and teammate, and I’m happy to be part of a class that works hard to build a successful company.

​Kaden C. Sumner

Hello, my name is Kaden Sumner, and I serve as the Chief Financial Officer of TasteTop. In this role, I oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, payroll, and long-term financial planning. Under my leadership, the finance department has remained fully current on payroll and bookkeeping, ensuring accurate records and strong internal controls. I recently secured and finalized the lease for our first operational building and have kept all payments fully up to date to support a stable launch.

To position TasteTop for growth, I submitted a $150,000 loan application to expand our operating capital. In addition, I successfully secured $50,000 in funding from an angel investor, marking a key milestone in our early-stage development. I am currently in the process of pursuing two additional investors, which would bring our total raised capital to $150,000, paving the way for sustainable and scalable future growth in the years ahead.

Bank Manager

Harutyun Poghosyan 

My name is Harutyun Poghosyan, and I am the Banking Manager for our Virtual Enterprise firm, Taste Top. I joined VE because I wanted to understand how a real business works and to challenge myself with a role that requires responsibility and trust. As Banking Manager, I handle our financial records, process payments, and make sure every transaction is accurate. I like this position because it teaches me organization, teamwork, and how important it is to communicate clearly with others. Every day, I’m learning something new about business and leadership. I’m proud of how much I’ve grown this year especially learning to manage deadlines, solve problems, and support my team when they need help with anything financial. Working at Taste Top has shown me how much effort goes into running a company, and it motivates me to keep improving. Outside of class, I’m someone who enjoys learning new skills and working hard toward my goals. Being part of VE has helped me understand what kind of leader I want to become and how I can contribute to a team in a positive way.

Lara Davtyan

My name is Lara Davtyan, and I am the Chief Technology Officer at TasteTop. I lead the Tech & Design Department, where I oversee all of our digital systems and make sure everything runs smoothly. I manage and design the TasteTop website, update product pages, improve layouts, and keep the entire online experience clean, modern, and user-friendly.

As the Web Designer, I handle the look, structure, and functionality of the site. I focus on making our brand clear and professional across every page. I also support our social media by posting updates, creating visuals, and helping shape the style of our online content.

As CTO, I have accomplished a lot, including designing and maintaining the full TasteTop website, organizing our digital workflow, improving the quality of our brand design, and guiding new team members on how to follow our tech and design standards. I make sure that our technology is reliable during events, presentations, and day-to-day operations.

My department focuses on innovation, creativity, and strong branding. I work every day to make TasteTop’s digital presence look professional, organized, and true to our slogan: “Innovation You Can Taste.”

Marianna Avetisyan

Being in our Virtual Enterprise class has taught me a lot about how a real business works. Everyone in the firm has their own role, and we work together to make the company successful. My role is the Design Manager, which means I’m in charge of creating all the visuals for our firm. I design things like logos, product images, ads, and anything that helps our brand look clean and professional

Graphic Design Specialist

Farzad Bayat

I am Farzad Bayat. Being in Virtual Enterprise has been a great experience for me. Our VE class works like a real company, and everyone has an important job. My role is the Graphic Design Specialist, which means I create the visuals for our business. I design things like our logo, color scheme, product photos, ads, and templates. I help make sure everything looks clean, professional, and matches our brand.When I joined VE, I didn’t expect to do so much, but my job connects to every department. Marketing, Sales, HR, and even the CEOs all need designs for their projects, so I work with different team members every week. One of my biggest accomplishments has been helping create our full brand guide and product visuals. I also helped with our commercial and event graphics. Overall, VE has taught me teamwork, creativity, and how important design is in a business. I’m proud of what I’ve created for our company.

Meero Gholian

My name is Meero Gholian, I was born on June 20, 2008 in Glendale, California. I am currently a senior at Herbert Hoover High School. And I am proud to say that I am an IT Associate for TasteTop as part of the Business Virtual Enterprise class. Working at TasteTop is a great pleasure. Everyone is very helpful and collaborative and we feel like one. As part of the Tech and Design department I have created the 3D model of the TasteTop Capsule Machine and Newsletters. I have also helped in creating the logo design, color scheme, and website design for TasteTop. I am always ready for a new project at our firm and look forward to working with my co-workers everyday. Besides business, I also take on many other different classes and activities here at Hoover. I am taking psychology and Public Safety Academy. I am also the web designer for Hoover Robotics Club.
